Once you have placed your order you will receive a dispatch notification email from us followed by a confirmation email from the specified courier with a tracking number attached.

In the rare case your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping company. Once a package’s status is updated to “delivered”, there is nothing we can do as the sender to help locate it.

Passo Giau is not liable for unforeseen issues caused by the courier or theft at your destination, but we’ll always do whatever we can to help in the event of a lost or stolen package.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY (2-3 WORKING DAYS)

UK standard delivery orders are sent with a Royal Mail TRACKED 48. 

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY *ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 2PM

UK next day delivery orders are sent with Royal Mail TRACKED 24. Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will only be dispatched on Monday.
